How do I track my order? 
Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking information.
I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email. 
- If you do not receive an email from Pivot Cosmetics within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address entered may of been spelled incorrectly. 
- To check your orders, log into your Pivot Cosmetics account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
- If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing info@pivotcosmetics.com. 
How long does shipping take?
If you have ordered with express shipping please note: when ordering with express shipping please know that your package will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. 
- If you have ordered with standard ground shipping please allow 1-5 business days for your order to process and ship. 
- If you are an international order please allow 6-10 business days for your order to process and ship from our facilities
What is your returns policy? 
-All valid returns are refunded. 
-You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
-Products that have been halfway or completely used.
-Your return request must be approved before receiving a refund. Please email info@pivotcosmetics.com to make refund request.
-Please also remember that you are responsible for returning shipping charges.
Please note: all final sale items are non-refundable/returnable.

1=Did Not Like
2=Incorrect Item Sent
3=Item Damaged
4= Other

How do I exchange my order?
Please return item(s) within 14 days. We do not do exchanges for heavily used products. Your exchange request must be approved. Please email info@pivotcosmetics.com to make an exchange request. If your exchange is approved, we will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file. Store Credit can be used immediately and never expires. When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such USPS flat-rate shipping.
